About the role

As a Sales Manager - Heavy Equipment at Sany Philippines INC., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales of heavy equipment, such as excavators, cranes, and loaders. This full-time position offers the opportunity to leverage your extensive sales expertise and industry knowledge to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for heavy equipment productsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutionsConducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Sany's heavy equipment offeringsNegotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat businessCollaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaignsProviding regular sales reports and analysis to the management teamMentoring and training junior sales team members to develop their skills and knowledgeWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of proven experience in heavy equipment sales, preferably in the construction or mining industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and build long-term relationshipsStrong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategiesTechnical knowledge of heavy equipment features, specifications, and applicationsProficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) softwareBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldWhat we offer
