Corporate Sales Managers (Manila)

We are a system integration company, looking for goal driven corporate sales managers to develop and execute sales strategy in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
The Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and create new business opportunities to drive long term profitable growth.Work closely with the technical team and marketing for product positioning and overall pursuit of opportunities.Maintain a good working relationship with customers by understanding their needs, recommend appropriate solutions and coordinate to ensure completion of projects.Development of both short- and long-term projects and business plans to drive and support profits.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adapting sales strategies accordingly.Maintain proper documentation of sales activity and reports timely and accuratelyRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience.Strong understanding of networking, system integration, cloud and related technologies is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.Good Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills.Personal attributes should include an ambitious & driven approach, flexible with positive attitude, always on the look-out for sales opportunities.Organized and detail-oriented, good in planning with time and project management skills.Must be comfortable to travel to different regions in the PhilippinesJob Type: Full-time
Pay: PHP 18,000 - 20,000 (with sales incentives program)Benefits:
