Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a reliable and dedicated Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure they are resolved to their satisfaction

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer support roles
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
