Job Description:

AllCare is seeking a confident and energetic Client Service Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong attention to detail and research skills.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with account management, including processing transactions and updating account information
- Conduct research to resolve client issues and provide accurate information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for client needs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Attention to detail and strong research skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
