Remote Client Relations Representative

As a Remote Client Relations Representative at mClinica, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while working remotely from Davao City, Davao, Philippines.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.2. Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for upselling products or services.3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives and enhance their overall experience.4. Provide regular updates and reports to both clients and internal stakeholders on account performance and any potential issues.5. Conduct strategic planning to identify new business opportunities and drive growth within your client portfolio.6. Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients that showcase the value of mClinica's products and services.7. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure mClinica remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.2. Confident and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.3. Strong strategic planning and presentation skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
