Job Description:

Resellee, a leading e-commerce platform based in Davao City, is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.3. Monitor and analyze customer care metrics to identify areas for improvement.4. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.5. Conduct regular training sessions for customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.6. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. At least 5 years of experience in customer service or customer care management.3.
