Shopee Philippines is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity based in Davao City, Davao, Philippines. Responsibilities:- Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.- Adhere to company's policies and procedures while upholding service quality standards.- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
