About The Role:
Purchasing Supervisor position will be assigned in El Mar Resort in Sogod, Cebu.
Job Summary

Oversees and conveys the purchasing information to every involved parties including vendors, sales representatives, and employees.
Checks and evaluates every purchase request forms for accuracy.
Should gather, record, and complete correct purchase data.
**Responsibilities**:
Ensures compliance to all purchasing policies and procedure.
Manages all communication for all department activities, and leads in buying all supplies and equipment to meet the resort's needs.
Identify and follows the quality of the requested products.
Conducts research for potential suppliers.
Effective in sourcing of goods, products and services.
Negotiates the best or most cost effective deals.
Evaluates and analyze purchasing trend and price trend.
Forecast the departments?
demand, and minimize purchasing costs (if possible).
Sort out and consolidate all requisitions or request from all departments.
Prepare purchase requests and order for approval.
Perform inventory inspection and reordering of supplies.
Update and maintain records of all orders, payments and received stocks.
Establish professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
Ensures all requests or orders are delivered on a timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

College graduate of any business related course.
3- 5 years purchasing experience.
Excellent Negotiation Skills.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
