**About The Role: Purchasing **Supervisor** **position** **will be assigned in Calumboyan, Sogod, Cebu.

**Job Summary**
- Oversees and conveys the purchasing information to every involved parties including vendors, sales representatives, and employees.
- Checks and evaluates every purchase request forms for accuracy.
- Should gather, record, and complete purchase data.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensures compliance to all purchasing policies and procedure.
- Manages all communication for all department activities, and leads in buying all supplies and equipment to meet the resort's needs.
- Identify and follows the quality of the requested products.
- Conducts research for potential suppliers.
- Effective in sourcing of goods, products and services.
- Negotiates the best or most cost effective deals.
- Evaluates and analyze purchasing trend and price trend.
- Forecast the departments' demand, and minimize purchasing costs (if possible).
- Sort out and consolidate all requisitions or request from all departments.
- Prepare purchase requests and order for approval.
- Perform inventory inspection and reordering of supplies.
- Update and maintain records of all orders, payments and received stocks.
- Establish professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Ensures all requests or orders are delivered on a timely manner.
**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**
- College graduate of any business related course.
- 3- 5 years purchasing experience.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Keen to details.
**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
