Purchasing Officer

Evaluate suppliers, request for quotations and negotiate purchase agreement terms.
- Sourcing and purchasing of materials from local or overseas suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of documents for bidding or any project related requirement.
- Arrange shipment with the supplier and delivery to the client, including preparation of Delivery Order
- Assist in daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with Accounts Department for supplier payments and submit the purchase report (estimate vs actual cost of goods)
- Maintain good rapport with suppliers, suppliers data information, material cost for comparison purposes.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's policies and standard operating procedures.
- Any other duties as required by team lead.
**Qualifications**
- At least 1-2 years experience within supply chain or purchasing
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is an advantage.
- Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to source for alternative supplies on products and services.
- Positive attitude, self-driven, proactive and result oriented.
- Ability to resolve problems or issues arising from daily procurement activities.
- Work effectively in a multi-tasking / fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: Php10,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Iloilo, Probinsya sang Iloilo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
