PURCHASING STAFF
 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably with work related experience

Good communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)

Highly organize and detail-oriented

Can work under pressure and good time management

With background in SAP system is an advantage

Can start ASAP

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with warehouse and other department with regards to purchase order requisition

Prepare purchase orders, canvass items and evaluate offers from suppliers

Communicate purchase orders to suppliers

Ensure that urgent requisitions are served immediately

Tracks the status of requisitions, purchase orders and ensure timely delivery

Maintain and review various purchasing reports and records and maintain files

Prepare monthly monitoring report

Research potential suppliers

Do other duties required by the immediate superior
