Purchasing Staff - Sourcing (With Technical

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sourcing of new and alternative parts required by customer and Production
- Effectively recommend other options pertaining to required materials and processes
- Processing of Purchase Order after approval of Director
- Receiving of orders and generation of supplier invoice and giving copy to Receiving Inspection.
- Processing of permits and/or gate pass for Custom purposes.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Education: Preferably has a college degree in any Engineering or Technical courses.
- Experience: Equivalent years of experience in purchasing and/or sourcing of raw materials for electronics, electrical and manufacturing business or construction industries.
- Good communication and people skills and can interact with all levels of the organization, stakeholders and interested parties
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and other applicable systems.
**Attributes**:

- Strong leadership and presentation skills and is able to confidently participate on a Technical discussion with other Department or Management.
Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchasing - Sourcing: 2 years (preferred)
