Purchasing Staff

We are looking for a Purchasing Staff to order supplies and equipment based on our company's needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Research potential suppliers
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition

**Requirements and skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Purchase and Supply, Business Administration or related fields are typically preferred)
- Knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory and supply management systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From Php15,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

- Angeles, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
