PR-PO routing, gathering and collation of support documents, filing, archiving;
- PO transmittal and follow up with Vendors;
- Vendor-applicant folder preparation and routing for Accreditation;
- Request for Information Monitoring
- Maintenance of Monitors (Delivery Monitor, Critical Item Monitor, CAPEX, PR monitors, Indent Monitor and the likes)
- Maintenance of PR Aging Monitor and coordination with the Legal Department for Vendor-claims processing
- Assist in scheduling Vendor free training
- Such other related works

**Job Qualification**:

- College graduate_
- Training on Purchasing, Ethical standards, SAP, and Excel preferred
- Openness to learning, good verbal and written communications, ability to organize and manage tasks, and willingness to be trained.
