Job Description:

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a reliable and driven Online Support Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online support to customers via various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
