Job Description:

Petron Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
4. Providing product information and recommendations to customers.
5. Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database.
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.

Requirements:
1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Independent and driven personality traits.
3. Strong planning and adaptability skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
