Job Description:

Flowerstore.ph is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Davao City, Davao, PH. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
