### **Job Description**

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position based in Davao City, and we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. ### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations, while providing updates on order statuses and delivery timelines.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly, maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to share insights and improve service procedures, ensuring consistent messaging and problem resolution.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights regarding their shopping experience, and relay important information to management for continuous improvement.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain up-to-date customer accounts and order records in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- **Reporting**: Assist in generating reports on customer interactions, complaint resolutions, and service metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Project Management**: Participate in various projects aimed at improving contact center processes and enhancing customer experience.

### **Requirements**

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Personality Traits**:
