Job Description:

Kumu, a leading tech company based in Davao City, PH, is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
1. 4 years of experience in customer support roles.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and provide solutions.
5. Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
