Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Flowerstore.ph is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Davao City, Davao, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve any client issues or concerns
- Provide product recommendations and information to clients to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and increase client engagement
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best possible service to our clients

Requirements:
- Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Creativity and attention to detail to provide personalized solutions to client needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
