Hr Generalist (Work From Home)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment to join our growing team. In this role, you will take the lead in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract top talent to meet the needs of our fast-paced environment. While recruitment will be your primary responsibility, you will also support other HR functions such as employee engagement, payroll, and compliance.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure job descriptions align with required skills and company values.Conduct background checks, reference checks, and ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed.Assist with HR administrative tasks such as payroll preparation, benefits administration, and ensuring employee records are compliant with labor laws.Support employee engagement initiatives and participate in HR projects as needed.Address employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related issues in coordination with the HR Manager.Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations, policies, and procedures.
