LEAD - HR BUSINESS PARTNER

 

Job Description

 

Job Purpose:
Acts as a single point of the contact for employees in the business unit

Builds a strong business relationship within the vertical

Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks

Responsible for conducting skip level meetings in line with governance structure

Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management

Tracking absconding employees & advise HR-MIS team for AWOL/NCNS cases

Addressing and escalating (if required) issues on the floor

Grievance handling, addressing disciplinary issues on floor

To understand employee needs and presenting the same to the reporting manager

To identify non-performers and discuss with the leads for further action plan

To track, monitor and support employees who are in PIP

To administer and execute monthly events, competitions, annual outings etc.

To drive employee participation and engagement initiatives

To ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of all data dealt in course of work

To initiate deactivation & activation mailers for long leave cases

Constantly look for

opportunities to improve processesClosely work with the business unit to reduce unauthorized absenteeism

Ensures all employees in the business unit are adhering the company's policies and procedures

Facilitate Monthly Confirmation Appraisal, Annual Appraisals, Promotions /Transfer Formalities and employee Separation

To understand the pulse of the team and schedule further discussions on EWS basis

To share Weekly Attrition Input to HR-MIS team

Responding to Ex-Employee referral checks

Responsible to maintain resignation / serving notice tracker and send the required input for weekly and monthly MIS on resignations

Responsible to administer exit and clearance formalities for resigned employees on their last working day and to issue relieving letters

Responsible for tracking training cost & notice period recovery tracker

To handle any other tasks that are assigned on need basis

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Tenured / 5 years & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
