Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering or any related courses

At least 1 - 2 years recruitment experience preferably in a fast paced environment

Can work ASAP

Willing to work in Tipolo Mandaue City

Responsibilities:
This job directly reports to the Recruitment Supervisor and is responsible for conducting preliminary assessment and screening of applicants and ensures recruitment policies and procedures are implemented.

Facilitates and coordinates with the hiring manager for final interview, assessment and recommendation;
Prepares Job Offer and Contract

Conducts applicants? background investigation (B.I)/ reference checking.

Prepares monitoring and other recruitment related reports, e.g. monthly recruitment report
