HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, training, performance monitoring, employee engagement and other administrative functions.

Very good interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficient in both oral and written communication
Good integration,problem-solving and decision making skills
Good working knowledge on Philippine Labor Laws, Labor Code of the Philippines and Department of Labor and Employment regulations.
Organized and has a keen attention to detail
Good training and facilitation skills
Good time management skills
Proactive and is able to work under
Good oral and written communication skills.
Able to conduct competency-based interviews
