Events Specialist (Sourcing)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manning and facilitating events both onsite and offsite.
(Academe, Recruitment Events,

TESDA, etc.)
- Involves in planning, coordinating and implementation of recruitment events.
- Execute and represent the company in all external and internal pre-planned

recruitment/sourcing activities such as Job Fairs, Academe, Recruitment Open
- House, and other related activities
- To perform other tasks assigned and advised by management from time to time.
**Qualifications**:

- College Graduate preferably with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications
- Strong knowledge in Strategic Sourcing, Employer Branding, Events Management,

University Relations, Vendor management, and job portals
- Good Communication skills both written and verbal
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience handling and executing recruitment events.
- Good time-management skills
- Amenable to work on a Hybrid setup

**Job Type**: Fixed term

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
