Scope & Responsibilities: Assist customers with technical issues and concerns related to their use of the product and/or service.Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.Maintain and update customer information as needed.Upsell existing customers on new or enhanced services.Maintains a courteous and professional demeanor at all times. Required Qualifications: At least high school diploma or GED.Strong computer navigational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).Excellent oral and written communication skills.Exceptional listening and comprehension abilities.Customer-oriented approach.
