**Position Overview:**
As a Client Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experience with Uproot Urban Farms. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and a dedication to service excellence. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to a thriving urban farm.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client questions and requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
2. **Order Management:**
- Assist clients with ordering processes, including product selection, payment, and delivery options.
- Track and manage client orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
- Address any issues related to order discrepancies or delays promptly and efficiently.
3. **Client Support:**
- Proactively reach out to clients for feedback and to gauge their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Conduct research to identify areas for service improvement and new client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service offerings.
4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback using company CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on client inquiries, feedback, and service trends for management review.
5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback and suggest improvements to processes and services.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide informed support to clients.
6. **Training and Development:**
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Support new team members by sharing best practices and insights from client interactions.
**Requirements:**
- **Education and Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote environment.
- **Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong research skills to identify solutions and insights based on client feedback.
