Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Taxumo is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Care Officer to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace
- Strong cooperation and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
