Position: CSR & Admin SupportNumber of hours: 40 hours/weekSchedule: Night shift (10 PM- 7 AM PHT)Work Location: On-site; Lagro, Quezon CityTasks required:Answer incoming messages/tickets and conduct follow ups on customers with inquiriesHost meeting and record the minutes, if necessaryManage travel logistics such as transportations and accommodationsMaintain clients' databaseManage clients' calendars and set appointmentsAttract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and servicesResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolutionMaintain customer records by updating account informationHandle data entry tasks, and ensure that all data are entered correctly and accuratelyMaintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustmentsCreate presentations and reports, as assignedSupport Branch Managers and other team members on their daily activities when neededHandle administrative tasks that would be assigned from time to timeOther ad hoc tasks that would be assignedRequirements:Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative and Admin Support or relevant role is requiredExperience handling different means of communication such as email, phone call, and chat is a must Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP (GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.)Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)Demonstrate a highly customer focused 'can do' approach and have awareness of key customer service valuesExcellent working knowledge of various CRM tools and telephone systemsExcellent communication and presentation skillsKnows how to craft responses and do meaningful conversationsClear and concise communicator with effective verbal communication skillsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues and clients at all levelsThe ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek directionAbility to multitask in a hectic role, while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy across all open itemsAttention to detail, resourcefulness and the ability to work with minimal supervisionAvailability to cope other tasks as there will be a potential training for lead generation and etc
