**Job Description:**

San Miguel Brewery Inc., a renowned leader in the beverage industry, is seeking a motivated and dedicated **Contact Center Associate** to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas. This entry-level part-time position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while contributing to our goal of excellence in every endeavor.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone to enhance customer satisfaction.

2. **Product Knowledge:**
- Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of all San Miguel Brewery products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Keep updated on promotions, discounts, and any changes to services or products.

3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Troubleshoot customer issues effectively and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Record details of customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for future reference and quality assurance.

4. **Sales Support:**
- Use persuasive communication techniques to promote and sell products to customers when appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products during customer interactions.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service and operational efficiency.

6. **Performance Tracking:**
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Share feedback and insights gained from customer interactions to help improve services and address common issues.

7. **Training and Development:**
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Stay informed about industry best practices in customer service and contact center operations.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service environment preferred.

- **Education:**
- High school diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient and hardworking, with the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
