Responsibilities:- Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.- Adhere to company's policies and procedures while upholding service quality standards.- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:- Independent and confident personality traits to effectively handle customer interactions.- Strong negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions.- Ability to cooperate and work effectively with team members.- Excellent written communication skills in English and Filipino.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.- Access to a stable internet connection and suitable workspace at home.- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.- Must be residing in Davao City, Davao, Philippines.
