Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

Ayala Corporation is seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist on a part-time basis. This position will be conducted remotely, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Davao City, Davao, PH.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers through various channels to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to maximize their satisfaction and usage of our products- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to provide feedback from customers and improve overall customer experience- Monitor customer accounts, identify potential issues, and proactively address them to prevent churn- Develop and implement customer success strategies to foster long-term relationships and increase customer retention

Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
