Call Center Agent (Work From Home)

Details of the offer

* I posted a position for a remote customer service representative to handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide general assistance over phone, email, and live chat. The role required excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong understanding of the company's products and services.

* Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, troubleshooting, or general concerns.
* Accurately log customer interactions and maintain detailed records of calls, complaints, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

Minimum Qualifications :


BASIC ENGLISH
HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATE (OLD/NEW CURRICULUM)
COLLEGE GRAD/UNDERGRAD
WITH OR WITHOUT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
OPEN FOR NEWBIE
OVER THE PHONE INTERVIEW
WORK ON-SITE
