Wms- System Admin

Job responsibilities:

1. Managing the warehouse system; creation and closing of accounts
2.Monitoring of system access use and identifying violation from users;
3.coordinate with different team to finish system troubleshoot and error cases,collect and raise support ticket
4. Collaborate with IT to fix systems issues


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any course
3 years of WMS experience
Good at office tools like Excel/Word/PPT use;
Have system especially WMS ERP manage experience;
Have a clear system logic and familiar to system issue solve;
Live near the warehouse, or have own service vehicle
