We're hiring a Data Operations Executive to start ASAP. Work onsite from 9 AM to 6 PM with fixed weekends off. In this role, you'll manage campaigns, optimize processes, and provide key insights to drive success. Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential.

? Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging
? Ability to interface & communicate with different internal and external stakeholders
? Basic knowledge in Digital Marketing and experience with reporting and insights creation is preferable
? Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills alongside high attention to detail
? Demonstrated skills in understanding conversion drivers in an online environment
? A proven track record of working on own initiative and an instinctive "can-do" attitude, with strong focus on delivering results
? Excellent ability to communicate and a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges
? Attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked and every little detail is thought about and executed perfectly
? Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion
