Vp Business Development

Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Economics/Business Management/Management Engineering or equivalent
- At least 15 years work experience in the Real Estate Business or related field.
- At least 5 years in a senior real estate development management role.
- Proficient in oral and written communications, good leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledgeable in financial modeling and projections, marketing analysis, formulation of marketing strategies, construction process, project management, and adept in governmental regulations as regards the real estate industry.

**Salary**: Php350,000.00 - Php400,000.00 per month
