Vice President For Hr & Admin

Qualifications:? A BS/BA degree and/or MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred? A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HRexperience? Certification, Human Resource Professional or equivalent preferred but not required? Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations? Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives? Experience in start-ups and growth stage companies a plus? Excellent verbal and written communication skills? Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills? Strong supervisory and leadership skills? Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations? Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems
