Va Team Leader - Immediate Hiring

As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, maintain account knowledge, and provide coaching and feedback to Virtual Assistants. You'll drive performance, motivate the team, and ensure timely communication. Responsibilities include up-training, quality assurance, performance reviews, and recognizing high achievers. Conduct assessments for probationary employees and collaborate with the Ops Manager for performance evaluations.

Qualifications (Non Negotiable): At least 2-3 years Supervisory experience in a BPO/KPO set-upProven leadership skills and functional knowledge in BPO/KPO setupExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient in writing report and business correspondencesStrong interpersonal skillsCustomer Oriented Experience with the following is a plus: E-commerce/Travel AccountReal Estate/Property ManagementStrong interpersonal skillsAccounting/Bookkeeping and Quickbooks
