Trucking Team Leader

QUALIFICATIONS: Male or Female; Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business Management or equivalent; Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in the Trucking industry. JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Achieve Revenue Target of Trucking: Ensure compliance with on-time billing. Ensure availability of trucks. Achieve Target Attendance of Coke Lock In: Ensure trucks arrive on time. Ensure compliance with daily requirements. Coordinate with the Coke coordinator for daily trips. Subcon Recruitment for Coke 10W & 6W Lanes: Ensure compliance with requirements and backup trucks. Ensure all contracts are complied with. Achieve Target Execution of Coke Other Lanes T1.5: Ensure compliance with T1.5 requirements per day. Coordinate with Team Lead Coke for trips. Customer Care (Internal and External): Ensure to answer queries and emails from clients. Ensure compliance with client agreements. Applicants must be willing to work in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.
