Production Manager

Job Summary: The role plans, directs, organizes and manages the various functional activities and resources of the production department to ensure effective and efficient operation in order to meet production KPIs within budgeted costs satisfying the product quality, delivery schedules, safety environmental requirements.

Responsibilities: Oversees overall operational aspects of production, from Crusher Operation to Cement which is ready for withdrawal at the pack house or at the pier/jetty, (for both bagged and bulk products). Provides overall leadership to the Production team to ensure that all functions and activities of the department are in line with the strategic plans of the organization. Manages implementation of Production programs, initiatives and directives of the company to ensure attainment of KPIs. Manages and develops the people under the Production Department to engage employees. Manages the operating cost and budget to contribute to the EBITDA target. Creates an environment for change and innovation to improve plant efficiency. Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science degree preferably Chemical Engineering or Mechanical; MBA is a plus. Must be a Licensed Professional. Must have at least 10 years in cement operation or any related industry, with good knowledge in equipment technology. Must have at least 5 years in supervisory or managerial capacity. Solid technical knowledge of process, quality and refractory. Ability to manage budgets and optimize costs effectively. Must be willing to work in Central Luzon.
