ESL TRAINING SUPERVISOR

 

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in the field of expertise

Atleast 2 years of experience in Training with 1 year of supervisory experience

Certified Professional in Training Management is a plus

Certified TM1 holder (TVET) Program

is a plusTESOL/TEFL Certified

Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Extremely organized and detail-oriented

Thorough understanding of training process

Can work under pressure

Flexible, Approachable, Sociable and Open-minded
