Training Officer - Pampanga

SALARY RANGE: ?16,000 - ?18,000 + Government Mandated Benefits + HMO
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Course/s and/or Psychology
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Proficient in MS and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Professional training certificate is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and execute training strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Outsourcing of training facilitators, organization and oversee training and Learning and Development
- Trace budgets and negotiate contracts
