Training Officer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate Business Course, Psychology or related field.Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.Proficient in MS and Learning Management System (LMS).Professional training certificate is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and execute training strategies and programs.Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.Outsourcing of training facilitators, organization and oversee training and Learning and development.Trace budgets and negotiate contracts.
