Qualifications:
Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or Human Resources Development management or any of its related courses

At least 3 years? experience in developing and facilitating learning and development programs

Familiarity with basic e-learning platforms and multi-media outputs

Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interface with both internal and external contracts

Excellent spoken and written communication skills
