Training Officer

TRAINING OFFICER (1)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate Business Course, Psychology or related field
-Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Proficient in MS and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Professional training certificate is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and execute training strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online
training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning
opportunities.
- Outsourcing of training facilitators, organization and oversee training and Learning and
development.
-Trace budgets and negotiate contracts
SALARY RANGE: 16-18k
