To ensure the achievement of the LFC objectives by monitoring Merchandisers performance on groundsales and effective & efficient customer relations.? To monitor Merchandisers on proper training of LFC products, promotions and demand creation tooutlets so as to contribute to the overall sales/profitability of LFC products.? Responsible for making sure that the elements of effective merchandising are being followed bymerchandising agency.? Support LFC Sales and Marketing in outlets in dealings such as the following:1. Requesting for increase in facing and display space provided by outlets to LFC.2. Assist in negotiation from Outlets in behalf of LFC regarding merchandising requirements.? Monitor cost management of Netcorp - LFC Merchandisers expenses and inform them on questionableexpenses that exceed budget set.KEY RESULTS REQUIRED?
