Sales Marketing Coordinator/Encoder

• Gets Sales/Purchase Order from Sales Supervisor/Sales Representative
• Prepares Delivery slip (summarizes quantity of all common items) and forward it same to the Warehouse-In-Charge for verification regarding stocks availability
• Prepare Purchase Order based on verified Inventory by the Sales Manager
• Encode all purchase order of Multiline Products and forward it to the Accounting for DR, Invoicing, loading and dispatching
• Monitors and records returned stocks (good stocks or B.O) by the delivery crew and makes necessary adjustment to Invoices/DR
• Consolidates and makes necessary reports of B.O items for return to Principal Supplier
• Submits proposed stocks replenishment request to Sales Manager
• Informs and reports nearest expiry date of stocks to Sales Manager
• Maintain proper safety and security of important or confidential files
• Maintain availability of all official blank report forms and other office supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of JDRT office at all times
• Perform administrative tasks, Including filing and photocopying
• Manage database entry and client files
• Order and maintain supplies
• Maintain confidential department files/records
• Assist with presentations and reports
• Implement and/or develop office procedures and record system
• Performs other task as directed
