Trade And Marketing Officer /Fulltime/Pampanga/Urgent

Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be creative, reliable, and detail-oriented
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
1-2 years of work experience
Proficient in public speaking
Willing to start immediately

Responsibilities:
Facilitation: Conduct necessary training for the improvement of the sales force.
Facilitate company-sponsored activities to further reach our target market, such as roadshows and special events based on the tourism calendar.
Conduct company presentations to brand partners and company accounts, and host company events and seminars as needed.
Coordination: Coordinate all activities between the company and accredited sellers.
Manage the Sales Lounges (including profiling, coordination, and interior setup).
Address issues and concerns from the sales team and provide updates to sellers in collaboration with other divisions.
Analysis and Monitoring: Analyze and recommend strategic placements of out-of-home (OOH) ads to the marketing team.
Compile and check all reports from the Trade and Marketing Officer for each area.
Regularly attend business meetings and ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly with the respective Sales Supervisors.
Reporting: Prepare the Platform Audit Report, Balance Scorecard, presentation files needed by In-House Sales & Brokers, Collateral Request Forms, and Trade Marketing Memoranda.
Salary Range: PHP 18,000 – 20,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
