FILINVEST COMPANY: CRIMSON RESORT & SPA MACTAN JOB SUMARRY: In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. and Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan, under the direct supervision of the Area Director of PR and Marketing Communications, the Social Media Executive implements the resorts digital initiatives, resort and restaurant promotions, establish partnership with complementing brands and facilitate events, programs to promote the offers of the hotel. Focus on key areas such as Content Creation and Social Media Management, Resort, Spa, Sports & Leisure and Restaurant Promotions, Brand Partnership, Online Reputation Management and AdministrationJOB DESCRIPTION: Content Creation and Social Media Management Establish and manage all social media handles of the resort and the restaurantsCreate content for all handles that align with brand guidelines and tone of voiceCreate social media campaigns, contests, engagement activities to increase followers/reach and generate revenueAssist in implementation of the F&B marketing plan in social channels and digital platformsRestaurant Promotion Assist in planning and execution of restaurant promotions to achieve target revenue and coversLiaise with DoFB, F&B Asst. Promotions Manager, Chefs and Restaurant Mangers to implement marketing calendar to create adhoc promotions and offersCreate human interest activities and programs to promote restaurantsCommunicate in a timely manner all F&B marketing initiatives and promotionsDigital and Brand Reputation Maintain up to date information for all resort and restaurant online profiles not limited to website, social pages, listing, etc.Maintain portfolio and digital assets libraryManage social listening tools to control and manage online reputationMaintain strong brand presence though alignment of all brand profiles to brand guidelines and tovBrand Partnership Assist in establishing beneficial partnership to elevate brand experienceEstablish collaboration, tie-up, partnershipCreate database of third-party merchants and brands with potential partnership opportunity for events and promotionsEstablish relationship with event organizers, producers and suppliers for potential business and event collaborationMaintain up to date list and establish relationship with entertainment, production groups, talent managementAdministrationPrepares monthly initiative reports and social media analytics reports Maintain up to date database of network contactsEstablish and maintain database for email marketing for F&B promos and events Monitor competitor promotions/offersMaintain documentation of all programs, promotions and events
