Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview Responsible for coordinating and managing marketing campaign schedules and projects to support the growth and expansion of the business. Responsibilities & Qualifications Promotion of new client launches across social media. Provides support for lead prospecting. Coordination of projects across the marketing team. Support customer success in promotion and coordination of webinars. Responsible for managing some marketing campaigns. Upkeep of marketing resource center. Project managing client launches. Prepares reports on metrics and KPIs across the business. Experience 1-3 years of experience in Marketing related functions with a B2B software company or SaaS BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field desired. Computer Technical Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications. Other Skills Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills. Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information. Skilled at interacting with employees at all levels within the organization.
